Black Entrepreneur Takes on Canada’s Largest City, Launches TorontoJobs.com

by 12/23/2021

Dante Lee, a veteran entrepreneur who has been a leader in the diversity recruiting industry for more than 20 years, is now taking on the city of Toronto, Canada’s largest metropolitan city with more than 3 million residents. He has launched TorontoJobs.com and strongly feels that his platform is well-positioned to help the city resolve its problem with diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

The site, which is 100% free to use for both employers and job candidates, already features thousands of well-paying job opportunities. It’s a great platform to help corporations, organizations, and small businesses to find the right job candidate that they are looking for.

Lee comments, “There are many national recruiting websites like ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn, but the city of Toronto now has its very own local job board that caters to the locals.”

Applying for a job is easier than ever because candidates can easily upload their résumé by logging in with their LinkedIn credentials. When they see a job opportunity that interests them, all they have to do is click on “Apply to this job” and the rest is automatic. Even more, there are hundreds of new jobs being added to the site every single day.

It’s just as easy for recruiters and HR executives. They too can log in using their company’s LinkedIn credentials and instantly post an unlimited amount of jobs.

Toronto’s mayor, John Tory, comments, “Toronto has seen exponential growth over the last few years, in particular in our globally recognized technology sector. Our growing and resilient economy and our quality of life continue to attract people and companies from around the world and I am committed to continuing building on this success.”

Toronto is Canada’s largest city, the fourth largest in North America, and home to a diverse population of more than 3 million people. It is a global center for business, finance, arts, and culture and is consistently ranked one of the world’s most livable cities.
