Movement Making at Its Core – a Call for Submissions from “Thought Leaders” in Our Community!

by 12/15/2021

GreaterDiversity.com is a platform dedicated to utilizing your Voice, Pen, and Vote, to change our current predicament?

To the community of leaders gathered by Greater Diversity News (GDN), who embrace the vision of making a difference…as Peter Grear, founder of GreaterDiversity.com fondly conveys, “to change our World.”

Send us your Op-eds

Either write a piece yourself, or connect with another to collaborate or inspire them to craft the article that the both of you know needs to be voiced.

Seize Your Agency! Use Your Voice, Your Pen, and Your Vote!

Always deep analysis informs “critical thought” and MUST precede “critical synthesis.” This type of synthesis always precedes “mass movement” towards a point of inflection (a turning point in time).

When the awareness of enough divergent voices converge to galvanize a “critical mass,” (which is much less than the total mass), significant change occurs or can occur. That’s why we want to hear from you.

As “thought leaders” none of us are individually as intelligent as all of us, collectively. Together, we already are making the difference.

Diversity of thought

It is the “diversity of thought,” when exercised or practiced with an agreed vision and mission, that cultivates true harmony. That kind of harmony forged in conflict far surpasses the productivity of the much sought after (and corrupting) false harmony – the “get-along to go-along” attitudes that prevail today.

In our time and place, Greater Diversity New’s has brought together a diverse group of intellectuals in this space – that is, a group of caring, empathetic, intelligent, critical, passionate, gifted people to change the world (or at least the part we have influence in and with).

The long view

If you have taken the time to read this far into this message, then ask yourself what matters most for you and your love ones, in the long view?

When we are all dust in the ground, what will all your efforts above ground today mean for your descendants? That is to ponder what drove each of your ancestors who dreamed of a seed such as you in this present moment. Surely in part, this is why you are driven.

We may not perceive the ultimate ends in this moment, BUT we sense the undeniable “movement” towards a greater cause. A “just cause” birthed long ago, with room for, and a need to include our individual awareness, understanding, insights and gifts with others of similar drive and intent.

Again, We ask you what matters most, for your life and your loved ones. Take a moment with any one of your colleagues to inquire on their reasoning and insights in this moment. Then, with a critically synthesized approach (hopefully anchored with prayer to the God of your belief) and reliance on your gifting so bestowed, set about to change this world now, for generations to come…

That is Movement Making at its core.
