Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on Dec. 10, 2019, in the State Construction Office at 301 North Wilmington Street, Suite 450, Raleigh, North Carolina for the Caswell Square Building Demolition Project (including the Old Steam Plant at 224 N. Dawson Street and the Old Film Library at 228 N. Dawson Street, Raleigh, NC) at which time and place bids will be opened and read. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in the State Construction Office Conference Room (see above) at 10:00 am on November 19, 2019. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Clark Nexsen, Inc. during normal office hours after Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019. Plan Deposit: One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
