REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION
Rodgers will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for Bid Package 02A Building Demolition and Abatement until June 21, 2024.
Prequalification applications may be obtained by requesting such from William Satterfield at [email protected]. Send completed prequalification applications to [email protected]; originals are not needed. Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed.
The work includes abatement and demolition of the “Old Metro School”, a two level structure, approximately 50,000 square feet total, located between the CMS Metro School and the Second Ward Gymnasium. Both the CMS Metro School and the Second Ward Gymnasium will remain.
