REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

DESIGN-BUILD ADVERTISEMENT FOR
CHILLER FACILITY, TRANSIT SHED 4

The North Carolina State Ports Authority (NCSPA) is accepting qualifications for Design-Build services for the construction of a Chiller Facility in Transit Shed 4 until 3:00 PM on January 22, 2021.

This project is for the design and construction of a chilled storage area in the southeast corner of Transit Shed 4. The transit shed is located on NCSPA property, NC Port, Wilmington NC.

Phase 1 will enclose an estimated 7,920 sqft with an estimated 803 sqft of enclosed dock space.
Phase 2 will enclose an estimated 11,880 sqft.
Temperature range of 45-58 deg F.
Chiller(s) rated to 33 deg F.
