H&M Constructors is requesting bids from Certified Female Contractors/Suppliers and Certified Minority Contractors/Suppliers for the following project:

1)  City of Winston-Salem – Fire Station 13 Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Bids are due:
November 19, 2020 by 11:00 am. 

Project Description:
New construction on vacant four-acre site will be brick exterior with asphalt shingles. Total square footage of 17,400 sq.ft. New firehouse side will have 2 truck bays, sleeping quarters for 10, gear laundry and storage, restrooms, kitchen, dayroom, exercise and triage. Community use/training side will have multi-purpose room, four offices, warming pantry, restrooms, and lobby. Historic museum of 2,500 sq.ft. is an add alternate. Parking lot with 25 spaces plus 5 employee spaces in addition to fire truck circulation.
