ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on 16 August 2022, by Mr. Joshua Cheatwood, representative of the North Carolina National Guard, at Fort Fisher Classroom Building, 122 River Front Rd, Kure Beach, NC 28449, for the Fort Fisher Interior Renovation – Building 122 Project (SCO ID # 20-22773-01A), at which time and place, bids will be opened and read.
An open pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site for interested bidders, subcontractors and vendors on 4 August 2022 at 11:00AM at Fort Fisher Classroom Building, 122 River Front Rd, Kure Beach, NC. The meeting will address project specific questions, bidding procedures, bid forms and preferred brand alternates.
In accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures the following preferred brand items are being considered as Alternates by the Owner for this project:

Alternate No. 7:
Door Hardware Cores by Dormakaba USA
Alternate No. 8:
Signage by Precision Signage
