Craven County Schools will accept Proposals for Emergency Management Consulting Services until October 29, 2018, 5:00 p.m.

Proposals shall be submitted to:

Interested parties may contact the Purchasing Department for the Request for Proposals documents. The deadline for any questions regarding this project will be Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. Questions should be addressed to Denise Altman ([email protected]).

Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after closing date without the consent of the Board of Education.

Any responses submitted unsigned, or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, may be disqualified and returned to the submitter.

Craven County Schools reserves the right to reject all Proposals or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the School System.
