Fort Fisher Interior Renovation – Building 134  Project (SCO ID # 20-22774-01A)

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on 20 September 2022, by Mr. Gregory Jackson, representative of the North Carolina National Guard, at Fort Fisher Training Center, Administration Trailer, 122 River Front Rd, Kure Beach, NC 28449, for the Fort Fisher Interior Renovation – Building 134  Project (SCO ID # 20-22774-01A), at which time and place, bids will be opened and read.

An open pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site for interested bidders, subcontractors and vendors on 8 September 2022 at 11:00 AM at Fort Fisher Administration Trailer, 122 River Front Rd, Kure Beach, NC.  The meeting addressed project specific questions, bidding procedures, bid forms and preferred brand alternates.

In accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures the following preferred brand items are considered as
Alternates by the Owner for this project:
