Pre-Bid Meeting ~ Friday, November 13, 2020 at 9:00 AM in our Jacksonville Office.

Work Description: FY 19 Street Rehabilitation
Milling, removal & repaving of asphalt, pavement widening, adjustment of manholes, catch basins, valve and meter box tops, new concrete sidewalks, removal of and new concrete curb and gutter, new valley gutters, removal of and new concrete curb ramps, driveways, aprons and entrances, remove and replace storm pipe, excavation, select fill and fine grading, erosion and sediment controls, sodding, seeding, and fertilizing, and reinstallation of traffic loops.

Work Description: Windgate Park Apts.
Construction of roadway intersection improvements, resurfacing existing asphalt roadways and installing curb ramps at identified intersections.  Work includes, but is not limited to, grading, cold milling of asphalt concrete, asphalt concrete paving, removing, and replacing curb and gutter, curb ramps, and roadways markings.

Complete plans, specifications and contract documents may be obtained from the offices of the owner, Engineering Division of Public Services, City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.00They may also be viewed in our Jacksonville office.

For hauling operations, we will need to know how many of your own hauling units will be available for these projects.  We will need this on your written quote prior to bid time and this will be made a part of any subcontract.  If you have any interest in these projects, we would appreciate your advising us of the items you may be interested in and email the correct estimator or contact by phone or fax.
