The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education is soliciting responses from qualified firms interested in quoting on the Installation of Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization Units – Phase III-37 CMS Sites and Phase IV – 119 CMS Sites with onsite mobile classrooms (only).

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be offered on Wednesday January 12, 2022, at 9:00 AM at Building Services, 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC. Masks will be required.
An original copy of your bid documents must be signed and enclosed in a sealed envelope and mailed or hand delivered to the attention of Coretta Haskins-Hall, CMS Building Services, 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC no later than Wednesday January 19, 2022, by 12:00 noon.
Bids will be publicly opened at this time. Any bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened.

The requirements of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools MWSBE program are included as part of the IFB package. CMS MWSBE Coordinator Jason Deans can be contacted at 980-343-8600 for further information. Also, Federal Forms will be required and are attached to the bid documents. Any vendor awarded the contract must be willing to comply with federal provisions pursuant to applicable Federal Regulations.
