Sealed proposals will be received and opened publicly by W. M. Jordan Company, Inc. for the New Hanover High School Brodgen Gym Floor Replacement (BP-04A Masonry; BP-06A Misc. Carpentry & General Trades; BP-07A Dampproofing, Waterproofing, Joint Sealants; BP08A Doors, Frames, Hardware; BP-09A Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Insulation; BP-09B Painting; BP-09C Gym Floor; BP-09D Flooring; BP-10A Bleachers; BP-11A Equipment Pads & Misc. Gym Equipment; BP-23B HVAC; BP-26A Electrical) on January 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM.

The bid opening will be held virtually at 2:00 PM on January 18, 2022.

Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified. The Early Package Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on January 4, 2022, at 2:00PM at New Hanover High School, 1307 Market St., Wilmington, NC 28401.

A current listing of all prequalified bidders in each bid package can be publicly obtained at (https://www.wmjordan.com/bid-with-us/#bid). For any questions in regards with the website please contact Abby Cobb at 910-679-4551. The CM and Owner reserve the right to add pre-qualified bidders. All interested parties are advised that the prequalified bidders list will be finalized via the issuance of an addendum no less than 10 days prior to bid and will be made available at the above listed website address. Bid Documents will be available after December 17, 2021, at (https://www.wmjordan.com/bid-with-us/#bid). Hard copies of documents can be purchased directly from Duncan Parnell by contacting Customer Service at (910) 341-3005.  Bid documents will be available for review at W. M. Jordan Company, Inc. located at 1712 Eastwood Road, Suite 200, Wilmington, North Carolina 28403 during normal business hours.

All Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Minority Business participation wherever possible in their respective bid submission. Minority Business is a part of this contract and must comply with the State of North Carolina General Statutes. The CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all proposals.
