ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Gilbane Building Company serving as CM at Risk for Wake County is requesting bids from prequalified trade contractors for the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for the OAK CITY MULTI-SERVICES CENTER project for the following bid packages:  01A-General Trades/Rough Carpentry , 01B-Final Cleaning, 03A – Turnkey Demolition, 04A – Turnkey Masonry, 05A – Structural Steel & Misc Metals, 06A – Millwork, 07A – Waterproofing, 07B – Roofing, 08A – Doors/Frames/Hdw, 08B – Exterior Doors & Windows, Glazing & Louvers, 09A-Framing & Drywall Assemblies, 09B – Acoustical Ceilings & Panels, 09C – Ceramic Tile, 09D – Resilient, Synthetic & Carpet, 09E – Painting, 09F-Fabric Wrapped Panels, 10A – Toilet Partitions & Misc Specialties, 10B – Signage, 10C – Operable Partitions, 12A – Window Treatments, 22A – Plumbing, 23A – HVAC/TAB & Controls, 26A – Sitework & Utility Work, 27A – Telecommunications/Low Voltage, 32A- Fencing, 32B – Landscaping.  Sealed bids are due and will be publicly opened and read aloud on February 28th, 2018 at 10:00AM.  Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) participation is strongly encouraged in all bid packages. HUB participation is a part of this contract and must comply with all requirements indicated in the bid documents.  Bid documents will be available starting Monday 2/5/2018. Documents will be available on Building Connected (www.buildingconnected.com) via invite only.  Documents will also be available for review at the following locations during normal business hours starting on Monday 2/5/2018: Gilbane Office at 302 E. The CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
