The purpose of this position is to provide implementation and coordination of housing assistance programs and projects. This is accomplished by review of technical grant procedures; coordination of program objectives with clients and other housing partners; monitoring grant recipients for compliance; preparing reports and studies; implementation of federal and state policies; closing loans; and maintaining documents and files. This position will also obtain a working knowledge of all functions within the Division to assist as directed.
