Re-Bid Grandstand Replacement, Terry Sanford High School

Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M. on May 6, 2019 in the Cumberland County Schools Plant Operations Center, located at 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the Re-Bid of the project entitled Grandstand Replacement, Terry Sanford High School.

No Pre-Bid Conference will be held.

Complete Bid Documents are available from Thomas Goetz Architect or reviewed for complete bidding requirements.   A plan deposit of $50.00 is required, refundable under certain conditions.

Proposals will be received from contractors licensed per G.S.87.  A Bid Bond is required.  Certain MBE guidelines must be followed.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
