FREDRICK E. TURNAGE ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX
5TH FLOOR REMODELING PROJECT
RFP # 3072
Per NCGS 141-131 the City of Rocky Mount is receiving bid price proposals from duly licensed contractors for “RFP # 3072 Frederick E. Turnage Administrative Complex 5th Floor Remodeling Project”. The contractor awarded the contract shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, transportation, insurances, permits and all other requirements to complete the project for inspection and approval by the City.
All bid price proposal responses are due to the City of Rocky Mount Purchasing Office by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Bid price proposals may be mailed to: City of Rocky Mount Purchasing Office, 331 South Franklin Street, Rocky Mount, N.C. 27804. Bid proposal responses may be hand delivered to the Purchasing Office located on the 4th floor of the Fredrick E. Turnage Administrative Complex between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room 2 located on the 2nd floor of the Fredrick E. Turnage Administrative Complex. The City of Rocky Mount has a 5% minority good faith effort goal for this project. All contractors and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference to learn about all project requirements.
