Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Wake in the Purchasing Department, Suite 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 5, 2021, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of Roof Replacement – Olivia Raney Local History Library, located in Raleigh, NC.   Complete contract documents will be available for review at several regional plan rooms: CAGC/iSqFt; North Carolina Institute of Minority Economic Development (NCIMED-The Institute), Durham; McGraw   Hill   Dodge, Raleigh Branch; Hispanic Contractors Association of The Carolinas; Duncan-Parnell, Raleigh office. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Olivia Raney Local History Library, 4016 Carya Drive, Raleigh, NC 27610 at 10:00am on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
