VICE PRESIDENT OF STUDENT SERVICES &
INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS 

The Vice President of Student Services & Institutional Effectiveness is the chief student services officer of the College and reports directly to the President. The Vice President has overall responsibility for providing leadership, management, and supervision for student services programs, student services personnel, student financial aid, recruiting and retention, enrollment management, and institutional effectiveness. The Vice President also serves as the SACSCOC Liaison and has primary responsibility of institutional accreditation. Master’s degree in higher education, counseling/student services, a teaching discipline aligned with the College’s instructional program, or a closely related field with a minimum of five years of increasingly responsible management and supervisory experience in one or more areas of student services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Doctoral degree in higher education/educational administration/higher education leadership, counseling/student services, a teaching discipline aligned with the College’s instructional program, or a closely related field with a minimum of seven years of increasingly responsible management and supervisory experience in one or more areas of student services; an equivalent combination of education and experience with at least three years of experience at the dean’s level (or equivalent) or higher preferred.  To apply and for a detailed job description, visit www.lenoircc.edu/jobs and follow instructions to submit all required materials.
