Wilkie Construction is soliciting subcontractor quotes for the renovation of Herring Hall ground floor into a new cosmetology lab. This project involves the renovation of the ground floor of Herring Hall into a Cosmetology Lab. Concrete floor demolition and patching, interior demolition, wall systems, casework, doors, hardware, storefront and finishes. PME, asphalt patching, utilities, and fire alarm modification. The total renovation consists of approximately 5,650 sqft of space.
