Cleveland, OH — Dr. Dennis Kimbro, best-selling author, has offered his endorsement of the new book by Montrie Rucker Adams, Just Do Your Dream! A 7-Step Guide to Help You do What You Always Wanted*.
“Montrie has not only written a best seller, she’s launched a movement. She gracefully points out that every great life begins with a great dream. We need only to open our heart, step out boldly, and give our dreams wings.” — Dr. Dennis Kimbro
Dr. Kimbro has written five best-sellers including Think and Grow Rich, A Black Choice; Daily Motivations for African-American Success; What Makes the Great Great; What Keeps Me Standing and The Wealth Choice – Success Secrets of Black Millionaires.
Adams, Chief Visibility Officer of Visibility Marketing Inc., located in Beachwood, OH, takes readers on the journey of realizing her dream of competing in a bodybuilding contest at an age older than most contestants. More importantly, she provides stories of 40 others who decided that they waited long enough to make their dreams reality.
With input from Dr. Angela Ali, psychologist, licensed clinical therapist, marriage and family therapist and Board-Certified coach, Just Do Your Dream! explains the three F’s that usually stop many people from doing most things: fear, family and finances. There are four F’s that can move people forward: faith, focus, fortitude and forgiveness.
“After my experiences, I thought that there must be others who are sitting on their dreams. They may think that it’s too late, but I want to let them know that if I, and others I’ve interviewed, can do it, so can they,” said Adams when asked why she wrote Just Do Your Dream!
Adams interviewed over 100 people whose inspiring stories can be found on the web site JustDoYourDream.com. To help people along their journey, there is a Facebook Group where members share their experiences and encourage others. Coaching sessions are also offered. Adams continues to seek people who, after many years, are finally doing what they always wanted.
The book launch and signing is Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Merwin’s Wharf in Cleveland, OH.
