Our name speaks to the change we desire to make. For GDN, “diversity” requires that we work together in society through disagreements and differences to promote inclusion where appropriate, to provide access as needed, and to achieve parity where disparities have persisted.
Knowing how important diversity is, GDN cannot stand by quietly as diversity is assaulted. An attack on diversity divides humanity and is disrespectful of differences. “Greater Diversity” is our focus and a key element of our vision for unity (Self-Repair: It’s a family affair!) to work together to develop institutions that shape and repair our culture.
