Babson Executive Education Babson Executive Education (BEE) and The Center for Women’s Leadership at Babson College will deliver their women’s program, Moving from Managing to Leading, April 26-30, 2010 at BEE’s award-winning Babson Executive Conference Center in Wellesley, Mass.

 

The five-day open enrollment offering is designed for female leaders. The program provides a forum where business women can take stock of their talents, opportunities, and challenges, and map out a plan to take on more strategic responsibility in their organizations.

Participants will learn to:

• Take a more strategic role in the organization by increasing an understanding of strategy, finance, negotiation, and leadership.

• Anticipate recent industry trends and assess the likely impact on their professional development and their company's success.

• Forge effective mentor and advocate relationships and develop specific action plans for their professional development.

More than one-third of past program participants have since been promoted or have transitioned into leadership roles.

Babson program faculty include: Janelle Shubert (program co-director), Anne Donnellon (program co-director), Elaine Eisenman, Patricia Greene, Nan Langowitz, and Donna Stoddard. Our educators include additional faculty and industry practitioners.
