Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on November 8, 2023, North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources Division of Parks and Recreation in Chimney Rock, NC, in the classroom on the Meadows, Chimney Rock State Park, 831 Chimney Rock Road, Chimney Rock, NC, 28720, ATTN:  Mark Lyons, for the construction of:

FIRE PROTECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SKY
LOUNGE  AT CHIMNEY ROCK STATE PARK

at which time and place bids will be opened and read. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from:

Pre-Bid Meeting and Notice:  A public pre-bid meeting will be held in the classroom on the Meadows, Chimney Rock State Park, 831 Chimney Rock Road, Chimney Rock, NC, 28720 for all interested bidders on October 25th at 11:00 am.
