Cumberland County Schools Track Elements

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received 2:00 p.m. April 11, 2024, in the Cumberland County Schools’ Operations Center Foreman’s Room, located at 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Cumberland County Schools Track Elements.  The Contractor shall supply labor, material, and equipment for constructing field elements for 10 high schools.  A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held.  Contractors interested in bidding shall meet at 1:30 p.m. on March 14, 2024, at Cumberland County Board of Education Operations Center building, 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301, (910) 678-2557.  Complete Bid Documents will be issued electronically to all interested and qualified bidders.  You may contact Crawford Design Company, 116 N Cool Spring Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 (910-221-0033) for additional information and electronic access to the drawings & project manual.

Proposals will be received from contractors licensed per G.S.87.  Certain MBE guidelines must be followed.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
