Sealed proposals will be received by the
Williamston Housing Authority until Thursday,
March 28, 2024, at 10:00 am, and immediately
thereafter opened and read for the furnishing
of labor, materials, and equipment to do the work
required in Willow Acres Roofing Project Manual.

Project manual and bid forms can be obtained
by contacting Williamston Housing Authority
at 252-792-7571 or 504 East Main Street
Williamston, NC 27892.

All contractors are hereby notified that they must
Have proper license under the State laws
Governing their respective trades, whether
or not Federal Funding is involved.

Contractors will be responsible to ensure
that economic opportunities to the
greatest extent feasible follow
Section 3 Clause 24 CFR PART 135.1
And Section 3 Clause 24 CFR Part
135.38.

The owner reserves the right to reject
Any or all bids and to waive informalities.
