Mecklenburg County requests a Statement-of-Qualifications from interested Construction Management firms for services on the renovation of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Administrative Services Building (ASB). Firms shall assemble a team to provide preconstruction phase and construction phase services.
