ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on
June 6, 2024, in the Conference Room of the
Samarcand Training Academy Administration Building
3600 Samarcand Road, Jackson Springs, NC 27281
for the construction of the
Samarcand Training Academy
Simulation Building Roof Replacement
at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

A Mandatory Open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on
May 23, 2024, at the Project Site
at 157 Eagle Lane, Biscoe, North Carolina 27209.

Complete plans and specifications can be obtained
by submitting a request at www.smithsinnett.com/documents
or from Smith Sinnett Architecture, 4600 Lake Boone Trail,
Suite 205, Raleigh, NC 27607, (919) 781-8582 during normal
office hours starting May 6, 2024. Plan Deposit $200.00
Cash, Certified or Company Check for hard copy required.

State of North Carolina
and the North Carolina Department of Public Safety reserves the
unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.  No Bid may be
withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the
receipt of bids for a period of 60 days.
