TA Loving Metcon, A Joint Venture, the Construction Manager on behalf of Cumberland County, NC is requesting interested Trade Partners to prequalify.  Prequalification forms can be requested by contacting Rusty Welch, [email protected] , or (919)734-8400.  The Prequalification deadline is July 28, 2024, COB.

Project Description:
Cumberland County, NC is constructing the Crown Event Center located in Fayetteville, NC.  This event center is designed to host premier events for Cumberland County and will feature high-end finishes such as wood acoustical walls, metal panels, masonry, soundproof walls, theater lighting, fixed audience seating, etc.  The structure will consist of structural steel and concrete with a building envelope construction of curtain wall glazing, metal panel, and masonry.
