RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by project manager until 2:00 pm, on June 20, 2024, at J Iverson Riddle Developmental Center, 300 Enola Road, Morganton, North Carolina 28655, for the construction of the DHHS J Iverson Riddle Developmental Center Spruce Cottage Renovation, at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained in pdf format free of charge from MHAworks, PA, (919) 682-2870, [email protected], during normal office hours after May 12, 2024. Hard copies will not be issued.

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
