Roadway Improvements at the intersection of NC Hwy 8 (Cotton Grove Road) and SR-2212 (Fairview Drive)

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for Roadway Improvements at the intersection of NC Hwy 8 (Cotton Grove Road) and SR-2212 (Fairview Drive) will be received by City Engineer, Caleb Friedenbach on or before 2:00 p.m. EDT, on Monday, July 22, 2024, in the City Council Chambers at the City of Lexington City Hall, 28 W. Center Street, Lexington, North Carolina 27292 at which time and place bids will be opened and read aloud.  These improvements include grading, paving, pavement markings, drainage, and signalization.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 am on Monday, July 15, 2024, in the Council Chambers at the City of Lexington City Hall, 28 W. Center Street, Lexington, North Carolina 27292.  Attendance is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.  Questions can be sent in advance to Caleb Friedenbach [email protected] .

Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations and those attached to and made a part of the proposal.
