We will be accepting Subcontractor Proposals on the following:
Acoustical Tiles, Carpentry, Concrete, Demolition, Doors, Electrical, Erosion Control, Grassing, HVAC, Laboratory Casework, Masonry, Misc. Metals, Painting, Paving, Plumbing, Precast Concrete, Roofing, Steel Erection, Well Drilling, Windows, Portable toilets and Dumpsters.

Please submit PRICING QUOTES BY July 15, 2024.

Please include a copy of your certification with your quote. 

We encourage and solicit HUB Certified MBE/WBE firms and intend to seriously negotiate for project participation and are willing to review any responsible quote and negotiate terms.  Bidders must comply with Executive Order 11246 and 11375 to ensure equal opportunity.  MBE/WBE participation goals are 10% pursuant to NCGS 143-128.  A Drug Free Workplace and Non-Discrimination Workplace Policy are required.  Quick pay agreements will be provided to meet cash-flow demands.
