PRE-BID MEETING AND BID OPENING

Rodgers Davis will receive sealed proposals from project specific prequalified firms for Bid Package 02A Building Demolition and Abatement until 3:00 p.m. on August 13, 2024, at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Auxiliary Services, 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 for the construction of the New Second Ward High School at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

If three (3) bids from project specific prequalified firms are not received before the bid opening for a particular bid package, a Re-Bid Opening for that bid package will be held 3:00 p.m. on August 15, 2024, at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Auxiliary Services, 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte NC 28208.

An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on July 25, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at 700 East MLK Jr. Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28202.  The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.
