ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Sealed proposals will be received by Medhat Metry until 2:00 pm, on August 29, 2024, via email address [email protected] , for the construction of the NCDHHS Broughton Hospital Avery Building Center Stack Re-Roofing.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained in PDF format free of charge from MHAworks, PA, (919) 682-2870, [email protected] , during normal office hours after August 5, 2024.  Hard copies will not be issued.

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.

Pre-Bid Meeting 

An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders and vendors on August 14, 2024, at Broughton Hospital, 1000 S Sterling St, Morganton, NC 28655, 2:00 pm.  To identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project.  Attendance at this conference is strongly recommended.
