REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ)
REHABILITATION AND OR DEMOLITION
The Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) seeks the services of a qualified general contractor for rehabilitation and demolition services of multi-family apartment buildings, single family residences, and community buildings.
The Request for Qualifications packet may be obtained at the office of the Housing Authority, 1524 South 16th Street, beginning Thursday, August 1, 2024, after 2:00 pm or by emailing Ms. Chauntrell Burns, Procurement Department at [email protected] . All questions and/or clarifications must be made in writing and received by August 19, 2024.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 29, 2024, to be considered.
WHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any information in the proposal process.
