L.C. Coleman Park Renovation

INVITATION FOR BIDS 

Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management will receive single prime, lump sum, sealed bids for L.C. Coleman Park Renovation, until 2:00 PM, September 12, 2024, at which time bids will be opened at Valerie C. Woodard Center, 3205 Freedom Dr., Suite 6000, Charlotte NC.  Bid, Performance, and Payment & Material bonds are required.  NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards and BDI Provisions will be observed.  The project is located at 1501 McDonald Street, Charlotte, NC 28216.  Scope of work includes demolition, grading, a refurbished parking lot, paths, a playground, a tennis court, and planting.  Electronic plans and specifications can be obtained from Stimmel Associates, P.A. at (704) 414-2992 and/or by email at [email protected] from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.  Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.  This information will be made available in an alternative format for persons with disabilities by calling 980-314-2428.
