Carolina Community Health Centers construction of the Wilson Community Health Center Renovations, Wilson, NC

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

Sealed proposals will be received by Carolina Community Health Centers, Wilson, North Carolina in the Conference Room at its office at 303 East Green Street, Wilson, NC at 2:00 PM on September 26, 2024, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read, for the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment entering the construction of the Wilson Community Health Center Renovations, Wilson, NC and all such appurtenances thereto.

Bids will be received for the General Contract Work to include Plumbing Work, Mechanical (HVAC) Work, and Electrical Work.

A Pre-bid Conference will be held on September 5, 2024, at 1:00 PM.  Meet in the lobby of the Wilson Community Health Center, 303 Green Street East, Wilson, NC 27893.

All contractors are hereby notified that they must have a proper license under the state laws governing their respective trades at the time of submitting their bid.

No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.

Bids received after the hour named above will not be considered.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

The Owner shall determine the low bidder in case of tie bids.

Award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible bidder.
