EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Jackson Grove Townhomes, Northampton County (Due 09/10/2024 @ 2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
The project consist of the construction o three 10,120 sq ft. two story townhome buildings, and one 8,490 sq ft. two story townhome building. The project includes site development, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Site development encompasses improvements for the entire subdivision.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
