REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide full professional planning, design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for the Edgewater Farm Planning and Implementation Project.
