NOTICE TO BIDDERS

PRE-BID MEETING DATE CHANGE

RFB #24-087

Sealed proposals will be received by Wake County Procurement Services, in Suite 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2 p.m., October 2, 2024, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the Wake County Public Safety Center Medical Renovations, located in Raleigh, NC.

An electronic copy of the contract documents (PDF) may be obtained from the Architect by sending an email request to Jessica Hill at [email protected] . Complete contract documents will also be open for inspection in the offices of the Architect. Moseley Architects located at 911 North West Street, Suite 200, Raleigh, NC 27603.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on September 23, 2024 at the project site located at the WC Public Safety Center, 330 S. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC. Please park on the street or in a neighboring parking facility. On-site parking is not available. Please gather inside the lobby at the Public Safety Center entrance on Salisbury Street.

Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS §143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in the Project Manual.

No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
