Wake Tech South Campus – Building C Renovation in Raleigh, NC

NOTICE TO TRADE SUBCONTRACTORS 

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by Balfour Beatty Construction for the Wake Tech South Campus – Building C Renovation in Raleigh, NC.

Bids for the following packages will be opened on October 22nd, 2024 @ 3:00 PM: BP1A General Trades, BP3A Concrete, BP4A Masonry, BP5A Structural & Misc. Steel, BP7A Waterproofing, BP8F Exterior Storefront, BP12B Laboratory Casework, BP23D HVAC Equipment Pre-Purchase (AHU), BP31D Sitework, BP32O Landscaping.

All bids will be received and opened publicly at Wake Tech South Campus – Building C (4812 Tech Road, Raleigh, NC 27603). Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified.

On September 24th, 2024, a Pre-Bid Meeting & HUB Outreach will be held at 10:00 am in person at the Wake Tech South Campus – Building C and virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Bid Documents will be available on September 17th, 2024, at http://app.buildingconnected.com/_/risk/public- invite/5430e7a75cdc2e0300dd757d . All interested parties are advised that the pre-qualified bidders list will be finalized and made available via the issuance of a project addendum no less than 7 days prior to bid. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Minority Business participation wherever possible in their respective bid submission. Good faith efforts are a part of this contract and must comply with the State of North Carolina General Statutes. The CM and Owner reserve the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
