Northampton County “Townhomes – Jackson Grove”

RE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Townhomes – Jackson Grove” will be received by Northampton County in the Northampton County Office Building, 9467 NC Hwy 305, Jackson, N.C. 27845, until 2:00 P.M., on September 26, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Townhomes- Jackson Grove. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, (252) 937-2500, or by emailing Ashley Seaman ([email protected] ) beginning August 6, 2024 during normal office hours.
