PREQUALIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT:

Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by the Town of Holly Springs and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and tools for the early site portion of the Eagles Landing Park in Holly Springs, NC.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Scope of work to include the development of approximately 50 acres for a community park and recreation center for the Town of Holly Springs. Site development includes grading, storm, sewer, and water utilities for the new park and building. The sewer service for the project traverses adjacent wooded area to terminate to a structure located downstream from the main building site. The scope of the project includes rework of traffic pattern on Cass Holt Road in the ways of a road widening and addition of traffic signalization to address vehicle traffic for park and rec center activities. This portion of the project includes early priority sitework activities in advance of the building trades, park amenities, and finished site activities that will be prequalified at a later date. Additional scope being added to subcontractors of this initial portion is a possibility of this project.
