EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Town of Southern Shores-Town Hall Remodel (Due 10/10/2024 @ 2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
The project shall generally consist of the remodeling of the existing Town Hall. The design will include new security doors, a new conference room, new reception room, new handicapped ramp, renovated public toilet room and enlarged file storage room.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands.
