“Sharpsburg Town Hall”
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Sharpsburg Town Hall” will be received by the Town of Sharpsburg at the Commissioner Meeting Room, 3721 South Hathaway Boulevard, Sharpsburg, N.C. 27878, until 2:00 P.M., on November 12, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The outside of the envelope must be marked “SEALED BID”.
Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Sharpsburg Town Hall. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.
An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Commissioner Meeting Room, 3721 South Hathaway Boulevard, Sharpsburg, N.C. 27878. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.
Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, (252) 937-2500, or by emailing Ashley Seaman ([email protected] ) beginning October 9, 2024 during normal office hours.
