PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE 

Clancy & Theys Construction Company (421 N. Harrington Street Suite 200 Raleigh, NC 27603, 919-834-3601) is soliciting subcontractors to submit Prequalifications for NC State Fairgrounds Midway Event Center.  New 30,000sf, multi-story building that houses convention and event spaces, meeting rooms, & a multi-vendor food hall.  Bid Packages include:  0300-Concrete; 0400-Masonry; 0500-Struct./Misc. Steel; 0622-Millwork; 0710-Waterproofing/Sealants; 0740-Wall Panels;  0750-Roofing; 0810-Doors/Frames/Hardware; 0820-Special Doors; 0840-Aluminum/Glass; 0920-Drywall; 0930-Hard Tile; 0950-Acoustical Tile; 0960-Resilient/Carpet; 0990-Painting; 1000-Specialties; 1022-Operable Partitions; 1400-Elevator; 2100-Fire Protection; 2200-Plumbing; 2300-HVAC; 2600-Electrical; 2601-Switch Gear; 3240-Fencing; 3270-Site Concrete; 3290-Landscaping; 3300-Utilities.
