REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ)
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SELECTION
The AGAPE HEALTH SERVICES seeks the services of a qualified Construction Manager at Risk for renovations and additions to Aurora NC Clinic.
The Request for Qualifications packet may be obtained beginning Wednesday, October 23, 2024, after 2:00 pm by emailing an official Notification‐of‐Interest to Rebecca Jackson at [email protected] . Questions pertaining to this Request for Qualification shall be prepared in writing and submitted by email only to Dr. Michael McDuffie at mmcduffi[email protected] no later than 5 PM November 1, 2024. Responses will be issued by Dr. McDuffie in the form of an email.
Proposals must be received no later than 12 Noon, November 6, 2024, to be considered.
AGAPE HEALTH SERVICES reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any information in the proposal process.
