“Provalus Building Fitup

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Provalus Building Fitup” will be received by the City of Whiteville until 2:00 P.M. on December 2, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the City Council Chambers of the Whiteville City Hall located 317 South Madison Street Whiteville, NC.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Provalus Building Fitup. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday November 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the City Council Chambers of the Whiteville City Hall located at 317 South Madison Street Whiteville, NC.  This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. Contractors are invited to walk through the site at the conclusion of the pre-bid.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.
