Sealed proposals will be received by a joint venture between BARNHILL CONTRACTING COMPANY and TA LOVING (BTAL) for the North Carolina Global TransPark, Phase 4C Project in Kinston, NC on the following dates and times for the following packages: November 19, 2024 @ 2:00 PM:  BP0583.1 – PEMB Erect (MRO Hangars 1-8 + Backshops); BP0583.2 – PEMB Erect (Corrosion Control Facility); BP0583.3 – PEMB Erect (Fuel/Defuel +Flight Test Hangars). Bid Location and Time: BTAL will be receive, open, and read publicly all bids at the Barnhill TA Loving GTP A Joint Venture Office Trailer, 4240 HWY 58 North, Kinston, NC 28504.
