H&M Constructors are requesting bids from Certified Female Contractors/Suppliers and Certified Minority Contractors/Suppliers for the following project:
1) New MRI, CT Replacement & Rehab Suite for Highlands-Cashiers Hospital, Highlands NC.
Bids are due:
November 14th @ 3 pm.
This project consists of approximately 4,500 sf of renovations to create a new MRI Suite and Physical Therapy Suite, and to replace/renovate the existing CT Suite. Construction is I-B, sprinklered.
Plans are available for review on the H&M Dropbox. See below for the link to access the website. H&M is willing to enter into good faith discussions regarding the opportunities listed below to provide the following assistance:
- Break down combined elements of work into economically feasible units as appropriate.
- Provide an alternative to bonding such as a joint pay agreement.
- Provide quick pay agreements.
