Roof Recover for Cumberland Road Elementary School

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until December 4, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Cumberland County Schools’ Plant Operations Center, 810 Gillespie Street, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Roof Recover for Cumberland Road Elementary School located at 2700 Cumberland Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306.

An anticipated start date is January 2025 / February 2025.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held at the site. Contractors interested in bidding should meet on November 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the school.

Single prime bids will be accepted in accordance with G.S. 143-128. Complete Bid Documents will be issued electronically to all interested and qualified bidders. A Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for this project. Certain MBE guidelines must be followed.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
